Reports

In addition to the Medical Review Board, the FMCSA Medical Program has established Medical Expert Panels (MEP). These panels assist the Agency with its goal to update current, and develop new, medical fitness for duty standards and guidelines for drivers of CMVs who operate in interstate commerce. The Agency also commissions evidence reports which are a systematic review of the research literature on specific questions regarding medical conditions and driving.
