Public Meeting With the Medical Review Board - August 31, 2006

On August 31, 2006, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) offered the public the opportunity to participate in and observe the deliberations of the newly-established Medical Review Board (MRB). These deliberations were held in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). Topics of discussion included possible revisions to and development of new FMCSA physical qualification standards.
