On August 31, 2006, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) offered the opportunity for public participation/observation in the deliberations of the newly established Medical Review Board (MRB). These deliberations were held in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). Topics of discussion included possible revisions to and development of new FMCSA physical qualification standards.
